Turkey Meatloaf
Simple, flavorful, mix-together and throw in the oven meal.
But why does meatloaf need to be called meatloaf?! 🤦🏻♀️
Ugh. I think we’d all like it better if it had a better name 😏😆
🦃 2lb ground turkey
🦃 1 pkg dry stovetop stuffing mix
🦃 2 eggs
🦃 1/3 c milk
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with non stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together well and place in the loaf pan, shaping it into- well, a loaf!- 😊
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, until the internal temp is at least 165 degrees.
Serve with your favorite side and favorite dipping sauce, if preferred. I don’t top mine with ketchup, but instead just serve it on the side. Some of us prefer ketchup, some prefer bbq sauce, so keeping it naked allows more versatility.
I really like this turkey meatloaf! It has less fat so less grease to deal with! And still so much flavor.
