Oven Roasted Tomato-Feta Pasta

As made famous on TikTok. 😏

So there’s a TikTok recipe floating around that we wanted to try out for Valentines Day.

Oven Roasted Tomato-Feta Pasta

🍅 2 pints cherry tomatoes

🍅 feta cheese (actual recipe calls for an 8 oz block..I only found crumbled feta and it worked just fine!)

🍅 olive oil

🍅 herbs de Provence seasoning

🍅 balsamic vinegar

🍅 pasta, your choice (tip: 1/2 bag for this recipe)

🍅 I added chicken (cooked chicken that I had made in the instant pot)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with non stick spray (I use olive oil spray). Rinse and dry the cherry tomatoes and place in the baking dish leaving room in the middle for the feta cheese. Drizzle olive oil all over the cheese and tomatoes, a good amount. Sprinkle the herbs de Provence all over the tomatoes and feta cheese. Place uncovered in 400 degree oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. The tomatoes should break and the cheese melt and it all stir together nicely when done. While it’s baking, boil water and cook your noodles. Add the drained noodles and the chicken (if desired) and stir it all together. Drizzle a bit of balsamic vinegar on top and stir to combine.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

(A perfect chocolate cake)

🍫 1 box devils food cake mix

🍫 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding mix

🍫 1 c sour cream

🍫 1 c vegetable oil

🍫 4 eggs, beaten

🍫 1/2 c warm water

🍫 1 1/2 c chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Combine well. Stir in chocolate chips and pour batter into a greased Bundt cake pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until top is springy to the touch and a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake completely before inverting onto a plate. Dust with powdered sugar if desired, when serving.
